In a very good location and had all that was needed.
The feature of a heated swimming pool sold us the choice to book this villa BUT it was only heated by the sun.

We liked the fact that it was on the level inside, layout was good, well equipped, cleaning lady was wonderful and so cheery, also the repair man and pool cleaner were very cheerful and helpful, also the English lady at reception was very informative.
The pool was absolutely freezing and we were led to believe that this was supposed to be heated, only 3 of us used it on our first day and because it was so cold in there we couldn’t go in anymore which was extremely disappointing after we were told it would be heated.
We also found that it was so very far to walk to the sea front, it really isn’t in a good location for people with walking difficulties and mobility issues especially with all the steps at the front.
Taxis are a joke in Lanzarote as every time we booked one to take us to a restaurant we were let down as they didn’t turn up to collect us.
We also found that the villa is supposed to be able to accommodate six guests but there are only two ikea chairs and a two seater sofa so had there have been six of us where are the other two supposed to sit and relax.
