All the staff were very friendly & helpful our lady was lovely & very helpful & all the staff on reception food was great too

The Location, the staff and the food was a huge improvement from previous stays

No fans in the room. Sofa needs to be more comfortable

Restaurant staff I found unfriendly

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the food had a surprisingly good range of healthier options for an all-inclusive. The staff were generally polite.

Housekeeping is scheduled every two days, but on the third day my apartment was not cleaned: the bed was not changed, and towels left on the floor as instructed were removed but not replaced. I had to go to reception and request that these basic services be provided. Only then, on my last night, was the apartment fully cleaned, bed sheets changed, and towels properly replaced. The pool is poorly managed — guests queue early to reserve sunbeds for the entire day, making it difficult to find a spot later. Rooms are also noisy due to limited soundproofing.
