Spacious, reasonably modern and location is perfect.
The aircon didn’t appear to be working, which whilst in January isn’t a disaster, the Villa did still get quite warm.

La villa est spacieuse, bien agencée avec un parking et extrêmement bien située proche des restaurants, commerce et du bord de mer - 5 mn à pied Playa del Carmen est très vivant. Niveau installation : le canapé n'est pas un vrai lit mais le propriétaire nous a amené un lit d'appoint. Literie confortable et 3 salles de bain. L'espace extérieur est aussi agréable avec une petite piscine mais qui doit agréable aux fortes chaleurs. Les interlocuteurs sont réactifs.
Il manque du matériel pour cuisiner si vous restez longtemps Le parking est très difficile pour se garer mais pratique car la rue est pleine à craquer. On a eu un problème d'eau chaude à notre arrivée mais vite resolu.

Clean, spacious villa in a great location not far from the strip or the beach. Easy to access with a local supermarket around the corner. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed
It was a little cold in the villa at times but outside of that, it was a great stay
