The villa itself was amazing. Great facilities. Do spacious. Lovely little touches like wine/cheese/bread & water left to get us by for a couple of days.
Swimming pool was huge, jacuzzi was amazing!
Nothing, everything was perfect apart from maybe the location being up a slight incline if coming from the strip or beach.

The villa had everything you could wish for, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were lovely, as was Louise who welcomed us.

Very good facilities, heated pool and jacuzzi, well equipped for inside and outside , spacious and arrival essentials.
A little dated, found lots of snags like doors not opening or shutting properly ( probably due to the very wet and damp weather)

The villa size and location were fabulous. It had lots of lovely facilities and furnishings. The villa was spacious and clean. The outside seating area and pool are brilliant for a group or family holiday.
The pool and hot tub were not clean on arrival.
The hot tub did not work until day 4 of the holiday.
We were told we could have a late check out until 5pm then this changed the day before leaving. The compromise was we were allowed to use the toilet and shower in the villa on the proviso we cleaned it before leaving, however received a condescending email from the owner leaving a bad taste.
The problem with the villa lies with the agent and owner, they both need a lesson in customer service.
