About this house rental
Villa in one of the best areas of Puerto del Carmen. The house is very private and close to the main beach. It has 4 bedrooms kitchen, dining room, outdoor terrace with possibility of closing for days of bad weather, outdoor pool and BBQ.
The area of Puerto del Carmen is the best on the island, because it has the best weather and is in the middle of it to travel throughout the territory with short trips. The villa is close to shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals and first aid.
The villa is only 5 minutes from the big beach, it is at a higher level., For the elderly or famiglia with children it is better to take a taxi to return. It only costs € 3

Great property in an excellent location.
Something to note as it isn’t clear on the Vrbo apps, the air conditioning is at an additional cost.
The property could also do with providing more cutlery as 6 forks wasn’t quite enough for the 9 people that stayed there.
The management company and the owner were very helpful when we needed help with taxis.

Really nice pool. Awesome bbq. Only 5 mins walk from centre of Puerto Del Carmen bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
I would personally call it a 4 bed, as one of the bedrooms is essentially a very large landing, overlooking the living room with fence so people in living room can't see you unless youre standing up. Technically it is 5. But one room is not private.
Really nice owner. Treated very well.

Fantastic holiday, communication excellent as our original flight was cancelled. Met at the villa and check in easy, also had some welcome gifts.

I note that owners are given 24 hours to consider my application, but I am given no time to review my decision for last minute holidays. I consider this to be unfair.
