Het is een ruim huis, met grote woonkamer, grote eetkamer en mooi zwembad. 6 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers, perfect voor ons gezelschap. Het ligt op korte loopafstand van het strand en winkels.
Aan de linkerzijde zijn 2 slaapkamers, waarvan er 1 grenst aan de keuken en aan de bovenkant een raampartij heeft wat niet verduisterd kan worden en als deur een louvre deur heeft, die dus niet afsluit qua geluid en licht, degene die daar slaapt, kan last hebben van licht en geluid uit de keuken.
Het koffiezet apparaat was heel erg klein, niet geschikt voor een huis voor 12 personen.

Location and layout of villa was amazing. Check in arrangements were great. Plenty of facilities including well equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms bedrooms, plenty of storage, great dining and lounge space and great outdoor space including pool, plenty of sunbeds, outdoor furniture, pool table and bbq.
These are just a few points and did not detract from our stay at all but worth mentioning. Pool was a little cold during our stay but this was possibly due to the unusual weather, could benefit from a safe somewhere in the property. Bathroom furniture in room 6 en-suite was a little tired and the shutters in room 6 rattled at night (again we stayed during some exceptional weather). Could benefit from bigger bath towels.

Property was extremely large. Great facilities. Walking distance to shops and beach. Great support staff. En suite bedrooms were all fantastic. Great to have pool, snooker table and table tennis.
The bedrooms were either great or not so great. 3 great bedrooms. 3 smaller bedrooms, which lacked space and facilities

The villa was just beautiful, everything we expected and more.
Although we read a few reviews stating there wasnt enough cutlery etc we didnt find this at all, there were 10 of us and there was more than enough. Very well equipped with everyrhing we needed.
Walking distance to the main street and beach.
Lovely quiet area.
Amazing villa.
Literally nothing.
