The villa was amble big enough for our group of 12.
The area felt very safe and secure.
Some of the rooms and furniture a bit tired.

La villa est vraiment magnifique en plein cœur de puerto del carmen. Pour moi le meilleur quartier de l’île. La maison est très bien équipée et les pièces de vies sont spacieuses, parfait pour venir en famille ou entre ami. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont chauds, bref, un petit coin de paradis…

Maison très bien équipée. Beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. La piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi la table de ping pong et le panneau de basket ont ravi la famille. La maison est grande et le nombre de salles de bain est très appréciable.
Pas de wifi ni réseau dans les deux chambres annexes. Pas de possibilité de garer la voiture dans la propriété mais le quartier est safe. Des sommiers de lit sont à changer (cassés). Un petit coup de peinture serait le bienvenu.

We did like the sitting room and dining room as it was spacious
We did not like the Air conditioning that is installed there as it wasn’t giving enough there was more power in the hairdryer than the air conditioning the house was constantly stuffy. Pool was not cleaned out and nor was it cleaned when we were there
