About this villa rental
If you’re looking for a large and luxurious accommodation, great amenities and a wonderfully convenient location in the heart of the action, Villa Alki has it all. This perfect five-bedroom property is situated just a 10 minute stroll from Lanzarote’s most opulent resort and thanks to its many modern facilities, it’s the ideal spot to spend your Canarian holiday, whether in summer or winter.
Villa Alki boasts a spacious terrace with barbecue and seating area and a large pool. You are sure to delight in the enormous terrace which is home to a large private pool that can even be heated at additional cost during the winter months, making this the perfect place to stay at any time of the year. There is a perfect barbecue area so you can make the most of the mild Lanzarote weather and also a private parking area provided should you decide to hire a vehicle as well.
There are also sunbeds with plenty of patio space to ensure you can catch the rays for as long as possible before sundown.On the pool level, there is a living room with comfortable sofas and access to the pool, a kitchen with a dining table and patio doors to the pool. There are also one twin bedroom and a double-bed bedroom with a family bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All air-conditioned. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a family bathroom and a play room with a lounge area and gym exercise equipment.
The air conditioned Living Room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden Sea Views.
There is also an extremely well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to self-cater for your family, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and full oven at your disposal to enable you to whip up delicious meals and clean up again in no time. There is also a roomy al-fresco dining area with a table that seats larger parties of up to 10 diners. The three large bedrooms are extremely well-appointed and have comfortable beds, plenty of storage and tasteful décor.
Just a ten-minute stroll from the villa, you’ll reach the lively Puerto del Carmen centre and beach front, or the opposite direction to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping centre and Old Town. There is a large supermarket (Lidl) only minutes from the villa.

Absolutely perfect for a group of adults and young kids. Only downside is, uphill walk after a long day home but taxis are easily accessible over the area and cheap so wasn't a huge concern.

We were a group of 10 and the villa felt super spacious—never felt crowded at all. Everything we needed was there, and the pool + outdoor area were honestly our favourite part.
Only thing is the walk back from town is quite uphill, so we ended up getting a car which made life easier.
The staff were incredible—so helpful, quick to reply, and really looked after us. They even let us check in early which saved our first day. Big thank you to Idoia and the team!

Great villa, great value. The place was well cleaned. Just a little bit far out from the main strip but can be walked in 15 minutes

Just had an amazing experience in Villa Alki. The villa was very clean, facilities excellent and location brilliant. The team at Buenavilla were outstanding and were there when needed. Everything was so easy from booking to checking out. We will be back. Highly recommend.
