SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The villa was a perfect size for 9 of us (6-50yrs). It was in a perfectly quiet location, just a short walking distance to loads of amazing restaurants and the sea.

Nice villa with a bit of modernising could be excellent some things showing their age excellent size location a bit of a walk to supermarket and bars but family enjoyed their stay

The house was clean and satisfactory, with no major issues during our stay.
The automated check-in was efficient but lacked a personal touch, which we found a bit disappointing.
The interior was basic, and we had to buy essentials like sponges, washing-up liquid, shower gel, salt, oil, and coffee for our 4-night stay. Providing these basics, as many rentals do, would have been more convenient.
The check-out process felt rigid. Our request to extend by 2 hours to enjoy the outdoor space and pool was declined, which was disappointing. A bit more flexibility in such situations would have been greatly appreciated.
