About this villa rental
If you’re looking for a large and luxurious accommodation, great amenities and a wonderfully convenient location in the heart of the action, Villa Alki has it all. This perfect five-bedroom property is situated just a 10 minute stroll from Lanzarote’s most opulent resort and thanks to its many modern facilities, it’s the ideal spot to spend your Canarian holiday, whether in summer or winter.
Villa Alki boasts a spacious terrace with barbecue and seating area and a large pool. You are sure to delight in the enormous terrace which is home to a large private pool that can even be heated at additional cost during the winter months, making this the perfect place to stay at any time of the year. There is a perfect barbecue area so you can make the most of the mild Lanzarote weather and also a private parking area provided should you decide to hire a vehicle as well.
There are also sunbeds with plenty of patio space to ensure you can catch the rays for as long as possible before sundown.On the pool level, there is a living room with comfortable sofas and access to the pool, a kitchen with a dining table and patio doors to the pool. There are also two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All air-conditioned. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a family bathroom and a play room with a lounge area and gym exercise equipment.
The air conditioned Living Room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden Sea Views.
There is also an extremely well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to self-cater for your family, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and full oven at your disposal to enable you to whip up delicious meals and clean up again in no time. There is also a roomy al-fresco dining area with a table that seats larger parties of up to 10 diners. The three large bedrooms are extremely well-appointed and have comfortable beds, plenty of storage and tasteful décor.
Just a ten-minute stroll from the villa, you’ll reach the lively Puerto del Carmen centre and beach front, or the opposite direction to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping centre and Old Town. There is a large supermarket (Lidl) only minutes from the villa.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Alki. The villa was as described, spacious inside and outside with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated.
The location is great, very quiet and not overlooked by any other villas, it’s around a 15 minute walk to the front which has a great selection of bars & restaurants. It is quite hilly, not a problem for us but might be for some. The large Lidl supermarket is very close (about 10 mins).
The Buenavilla team are exceptional, great communication prior to the holiday with answering questions, they allowed us to leave our cases at the Villa when we arrived in the morning although it was still being cleaned. We also had a visit from one of the team the next day to make sure we were happy with everything.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this villa and would book through Buenavilla again.

A great place to chill and unwind in a beautiful setting . Not too far of the beaten track to experience the lovely restaurants in Lanzarore.

Would absolutely recommend Villa Alki. Everything was perfect, great location. Little touches like shower gel, shampoo, coffee pods, cleaning products makes all the difference. A lovely welcome pack also. Pool was spotless, cleaned while we were there for the week. The villa itself is so roomy and bright, there were 8 in our group and loads of room. From the time of booking to checking out the communication was great, no hiccups. Definitely will book again. Thank you.
