villa del mar puerto del carmen

The owner was very helpful when you message and quickly reply, also let us check out later which we appreciated very much, the location was close to the strip a bit hilly but didn't mind.

It did not look like the pictures clearly they were taken a long time ago and haven't been updated, the showers wasn't very clean and and mildew and needs work, the pool was small not like it shows in the pictures, and we was told after the point of free cancellation that we can't use the BBQ and not allowed parties because there have been complaints from previous customers and also was not told about the construction site literally opposite the property none of this was said to us until the free cancellation period was ended, also no clean bedding as it is an extra £80 for that service.

Really clean and well finished property Hot tub and pool were lovely

Nothing

Space is great and lots of areas to relax

One room of two beds is actually bunk beds. Another room had a broken bed. The bunk bed room has no air conditioning. One bedroom light was connected to the hallway light and when anyone at night switch on the hall light the bedroom light would come on. Thought is was lightening first time it happened 🤣
