Location, pool, hot tub, numerous balconies and outdoor furniture. Annex was an added bonus. Owner was quick to respond to queries.
Smell from downstairs bathroom, dampness on walls in downstairs double bedroom, both of which were reported in previous reviews and not remedied. Water pouring from pipe onto balcony on first floor double bedroom around sunbeds and not enough dishes, cups, cutlery etc for the number of people using them.

Location was good - short walk from the main beach strip. Quite spacious, with good wardrobe space in main building.
One of the downstairs bedrooms in the main building was not usable due to damp, and the whole downstairs of the main building smelled strongly of damp on arrival. If not for this, would give given a higher rating. Also, we had strong rain for two days, which came through the ceiling into the foyer, soaking shoes and tripping the electrics. Be aware, if you come during hot weather and need air-conditioning, it is coin operated. We used it to heat the damp room for one night and it cost one euro for 45 minutes. We abandoned the room after that night and used a room in the annex instead. The owners could usefully provide some internal clothes horses for drying clothes and a full set of sharp cooking knives. No kitchen scissors, and the (only) bin bag provided for the kitchen was not big enough for the bin.
