Lovely villa within walking distance of the town. Great outdoor area which is the best part but the heated pool (which was the main reason for choosing the property) was broken until the last day. Unfortunate for us and not something that could be foreseen but

Myself and 6 friends stayed in this villa for a week in April....I would happily live here full time. It was absolutely spotless, anything you could think of was provided in the kitchen and all appliances and finishes were top notch. The beds / couches were so comfortable, AC in every room and the way three of the rooms opened out onto the pool was great. The outdoor area (pool, hot tub, lounges) were all fabulous. The villa is located in a quiet residential area around a 15 min walk to the main strip in Lanzarote, grand and downhill all the way in, and a nice uphill walk to work off dinner on the way home! Taxis are very cheap and there's a Lidl not too far away for getting in food. I really can't recommend this villa enough. We had one issue with the safe (our fault) and Paul was very quick to respond and get it sorted. We had a great time and are already saving to go back.

Villa was luxurious and had everything you could need. Paul was so helpful with providing information. We travelled as a family of 10 and the Villa met all our needs - we will definitely return.

The villa had everything you needed.It was very spacious and clean.There were 9 of us as a family staying ages range from 11 to 86!
The area was lovely and quiet no disturbances from anyone.
We would definitely rebook.
The owner was super helpful with everything.
