Villa Pilar

Location is excellent, just a minute or two stroll down to the sea front where all the restaurants and bars are. The pool was very good and of a good size for a family. The villa is very spacious inside and outside where there are plenty of areas to sit and relax.

The villa is advertised on booking.com as having air conditioning - upon arrival it was obvious this was not the case. Individual fans were provided - there appears to have been air conditioning at some point. As you can imagine in the height of summer this was far from ideal. The outdoor chairs for the terrace were quite uncomfortable and there was also no toaster! The pool table is very good but there just isn't enough space to play without banging the cue of the wall. It would be better in the middle floor or outside in the covered area.

Everything about the villa was amazing. It's a beautiful house with lots to do and Barci is an Amazing host.

There is only air conditioning on the basement floor. However, we put a fan in each bedroom. We had a problem with our Air conditioning in the beginning but once I contacted Barci. It was fixed the next day.

The space and location

Some rooms felt a bit dated, the nose of the doors- old and creaked. Ideally the pool be cleaned and beds at least once during the week.
