About this villa rental
Villa Sunny Side is fantastically located, within walking distance of the wonderful, sandy Playa Grande Beach. Explore the restaurants, bars and shops that line the central promenade, which is also close by to the villa. This homely 4 bedroom villa has a lovely terrace, wrapping around the whole property, as well as a pool to cool off in. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
From the sandy beach to a great selection of restaurants, everything you need for a fantastic holiday is within a 10 minute walk of Villa Sunny Side. Located in a lovely residential part of Puerto Del Carmen, you have the best of both worlds. For shopaholics, head to the Biosfera Shopping Plaza, with a great selection of stores ranging from fashion to souvenirs. If you’d like to see some of the stunning volcanic scenery that Lanzarote is made up of then be sure to visit Timanfaya National Park. Around a 25 minute drive from the villa, it’s an incredible sight.

The villa itself was really lovely.
Upstairs suite really good and the smaller bedroom upstairs really bright. Upstairs bathroom had a couple of rubber pieces missing off the shower head which made it spray sideways. The boiler in the upstairs suite kept dripping so you had to keep a towel on the floor as to not slip, but no problems with the shower.
Downstairs bedrooms were a bit dark due to having to keep the outside shutters closed.
Downstairs bathroom water everywhere after a shower.
Towels were only supplied once during our stay and therefore we had to keep washing them as we were forever mopping the water up in the downstairs bathroom.
The oven seal came off & would not go back properly (i did report this).
Whilst there, someone did enter the villa and stole property during the night. So I urge anyone staying here please be vigilant and ensure that the downstairs patio door is checked to make sure it is locked and does not move as this was their point of access.
There are no cleaning materials so you have to buy them or maybe take your own cleaning cloths.
Saying the above we tried not to let this dampen our holiday. We had a really great time and found the villa to be in a great location, not far from the beach, not far from restaurants etc. They were really good on our last day as we had an evening flight and as no-one was due in we were allowed to stay later than the 10am check out time.
Overall I would choose this villa if the points above were addressed
