The venue ok, the property dirty and lacks TLC!

It was spacious

It was very dirty on arrival, bedding was all stained, walls dirty, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Wi-Fi not working, TV far too small for family viewing!

Ideal location for exploring, car essential.

The accommodation was as described, it was well equipped with everything needed plus extras. The location was good for visiting the surrounding area or in our case close to the South West Coat Path. We travelled as a couple, but books and toys were provided if travelling with children and there is a fenced garden where they can play. The garden has a table The beaches and coast walks are stunning, and the close proximity to Padstow makes it an ideal base to stay. We were very lucky with the weather and had a very enjoyable stay.

The accommodation its self was comfortable, but unfortunately it is located on what was originally a holiday complex, Many of the bungalows now appear to be used for residential living. The area behind the bar area is fenced off with metal fencing and is very overgrown giving the area a feeling of neglect. When opening the kitchen door of the bungalow to access the back garden, the view over the 3ft fence is of next doors garden which they use as a dumping ground for garden rubbish, which looks unsightly, this could easily be resolved by installing a higher fence, which would also give the back garden more privacy.

1 no light in kids room 2 electric shock from heater in bathroom 3 picture cracked on the wall 4 we had no car so had to pre book taxis with Padstow 240 in total for 3 days out an lift to tram station we are very great full for there help because other wise we would not no how to get about

First impression of holiday park was ok when driving in, then as we approached our property it looked very deprived with bungalows lived in and uninhabited...not cared for. Our holiday property was covered in cobwebs and dirt.. windows not cleaned! Felt unclean.. when I got keys out of keysafe I was covered in dirt! Inside the bungalow was ok except for the out of date crumpets I found in the cupboard and the tap in the bathroom sink was faulty. The bungalow lounge area smelt fusty and carpets were well worn. Wooden floor may be cleaner now. (Covid19 advise) When we opened the side door the next door neighbours unkept garden put us off sitting outside on the bench ..so we never opened it again sadly..such a shame as we love outdoors! The property owner needs to visit and update /maintain their bungalow if they are taking money from folk.. Sadly we will not return .
