Perfect gem to explore south Cornwall!

We loved the location, the decor and facilities of the house. The garden space was also beautifully maintained and the kids really enjoyed this space. Our host, Stephanie was very friendly and approachable if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would book again in the future!

A clothes dryer with kids would be handy but certainly not a deal breaker for us! Stephanie actually went and put up a clothes line for us which was perfect.

St Ives must to see

The hosts are helpful and kind. we had a family room on two floors, the girls stayed on the second floor, and we stayed on the first. the kitchen was well-designed and equipped you had everything that you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. there is a beautiful garden where you can sit and normally see the lake. the host gave us some hints about the places that we need to visit. The location of the B&B is also good, just 2 min to the bus to St Ives, 10 minute's drive. 1 min walk, there is a pub that you can eat. there was a car park.

Short stay.

The accommodation was perfect for what we wanted as a short stay base. The 4 minute walk to the station to catch trains to St. Ives was superb & the last train back after nights out. It was well equipped, clean & modern. The house grounds are very nice. An excellent find for us!!

Only a minor negative, not so much for us, but the ladder style wooden stairs to the bedroom was a funny & quirky feature. Had to be careful that you had your wits about you going to bed & getting up!!!

Stephanie's place is in the absolute ideal place to explore st ives bay, the perfect location. There is a train you can jump on that takes you straight to st ives so you can avoid having to park. The most amazing beaches are all around Penquite and the flat felt like a real home from home experience. Plenty of space for 4 people (plus our dog) and lots of little touches to make it feel like a special place to stay.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful house. It is located 10 minutes drive from St Ives. Everything was clean and well organised. It is dog friendly. The owner was very nice and helpful.

There are a lot of narrow stairs, which we didn’t mind, but it could be a bit of a problem for older people. The tv had no signal.

superb view from the kitchen sink, quiet location, lovely church and beach in easy walking distance, good eating places nearby. Kitchen facilities excellent and quality of cups etc much appreciated.

Cold bathroom floor, no mixer tap. Lounge suite uncomfortable, too low. The stairs were bit difficult for us 89ers but really no problem having our daughter with us to carry stuff
