This property was below the standard expected

The property was self catering. The surroundings were pleasant and peacefull

The kitchen was a disaster with only one pot for the stove and nothing in the oven. The door to the freezer section of the fridge was broken and not fixed during my stay. A couple of dining chairs were unfit for use and dangerous. There was a power outage and the fusebox showed nothing wrong. A neighbour showed us an auxilliary box in the kitchen which was hidden behind a cupboard. There was nothing to indicate its existance. The owners demanded a payment of £200 for what they called a Damage Deposit 24hrs before the start of the holiday. It was eventualy repaid after chasing several weeks.

Size of the property.

House was dark all the time due to too many houses too close together and all the trees. The property was gloomy and damp in places. Inside and outside needs a very good clean. Full of cobwebs and smells of damp. Damp inside cupboard downstairs, this is affecting the whole house. Patios need weeding and pressure washing. Broken outside furniture. Heater in dining room broken and does not work. Fixtures hanging off in bathrooms. Broken towel rails. Lamp fixtures hanging out of ceiling. Bedroom balcony and the whole outside of the house needs cleaning.

the space and layout really works as a family we found our x3 children and ourselves had a lovely stay, the shower was powerful which is always a plus, nearby beaches are amazing

my only critics is the kitchen oven needs updating it don’t cook very well but other than that no complaints really.

Great place, but some of the other guests were not the best as there were police called several times and fights in the

I was very busy doing 3 job so I need good break from work going have holiday with my love family.

Very good they text gave where pick up the key was great. One of TV not working so I text let our know and very good reply by text and fixing it quick as they can so TV working was great thank you. We enjoy trip to different place was great prefect place and near the town and beach. We hope will come back again because we love that house nice.

We not happy with lifeguard from the swimming pool centre didn’t doing the job right and break the law. Didn’t follow the rules and policy. Hope lifeguards get more training course and follow the rules and Health & Safely so good luck

Superb

We liked the chalet, plenty of sleeping room for myself and family. Chalet was clean and tidy. The site staff are friendly and very helpful.

The lounge area was a little crowded with 6 adults and 2 children. There wasn't enough seating to relax on in the evening. The stairs and outside lights weren't working.

Fabulous holiday

As soon we drove onto the complex we knew we would love it .. the house was big enough for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids) . Boys all had there own room . Very nicely decorated and quite modern made it very homely. Neighbours were all lovely too . There was nothing we needed as everything was provided for at the property which was a relief after an 8 hour drive 🤦‍♀️. Property was very clean on arrival . Would definitely stay again

Excellent location, with easy access to the local area in a quiet restful atmosphere. Fixtures and fittings in the property are top quality and give a real homely atmosphere.

Loud gulls first thing in the morning as a wake up call.

Really small property

Location. Owners were helpful.

The property is one of the smallest I have ever stayed in, beside camps. It was advertised for 8 people and it in no way can cater for 8 people. The bathrooms have no locks, the kitchen is so small that if 2 people stand there, it will be crowded. Does not come with a dishwasher or even a large pan. The room with bunk bed did not even have enough space to open two suitcases. The advertised eighth bed is an extremely uncomfortable sofa. Worst sofa bed ever, if it all it can be called one. My brother got a backache sleeping there. And a tall person will have legs hanging out on that sofa. The other beds have really bad quality mattresses. Booking.com advertised different pictures as compared to the rooms we saw. There was also a meal plan advertised which is not there. We paid 1200 and this property is not worth half the money either. I would never stay there again. Though the owners were nice and helpful.
