Easy key collection. House has everything for a stay. Bathrooms were great and lovely bath and shower & hotwater. Was great to have the space to chill and be with family. Nice outdoor space and bench to sit at. Site is clean, very green & tidy. Duvets and pillows all provided, just need covers and towels. Beds comfy.
No private outdoor space but that's not a problem.

Value for money. The holiday accommodation does offer other activities such as tennis, squash and swimming pool.
Inconvenience to bring along liners and cover for pillow and duvet.

Spacious, comfortable. Very good location . Good to have 2 bathrooms . Plenty of storage.
Not as clean as we would have liked. No plug in sink or mirror in downstairs bathroom or hooks to hang towel on plus floor quite grubby.It would benefit from roller blinds in the bathrooms. The curtain in the upstairs bathroom was splashed with toothpaste and soap, not pleasant. Would benefit from some new cutlery, crockery and glasses ( nothing expensive but basic white crockery , glasses from Ikea would be fine). The mugs were newish and clean but still had the sticky labels on the bottom. The toaster and kettle also could do with replacing, very worn and the toaster was full of crumbs from a previous use. One of the decorative items still had the ticket on from the shop. With the above addressed it would make the rating good to very good.
