Good value for money, enough space for 6 people, reasonably close to Carbis.
Not every bed is comfortable, mouldy smell and no place to hang towels. The oven needs repairing.

The price, and the communication from the owner.
Place stank of dog... It was overwhelming. Whilst it's dog-friendly, that shouldn't be an excuse to have the place reeking of dog.
There were many light bulbs either not working or not present.
Much of the interior of the house felt very budget-minded. At the price point offered, this wasn't by any means offensive, however better quality beds and linen would've been appreciated.
Overall, an average property at a good price.
