Basic cottage on a very busy road

It was clean and there was a nice welcome pack on arrival. Location was great.

Very basically furnished upstairs particularly with very little space in the bedroom at the top of the house. The study in the top floor felt like a wasted space and could have had shelving, or made into a toilet as it was a long way down to the ground floor in the middle of the night. Felt like the cottage had been bought just to make as much money as possible with the least effort. It was on a busy road, which I knew, but it was quite dangerous and I wouldn't recommend going with small children .

Very tasteful modernisation of clearly a very old cottage - nice job. Very clean. Walkable to beach at hayle.

.no parking near to house - park on station street but you have to park tight to the wall.
