Great stay in a great location

Great location a short walk from Marazion and St.Michael’s Mount; and only a short drive from lots of places to explore. We stayed in one of the newly decorated one-bedroom lodges-it had everything we needed and was comfortable for our stay. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Separate chalet. Areas to exercise the dog by the chalet.

Poor water pressure in shower. Dirty and broken sofa. Inadequate hospitality tray. Overpriced shop and pointless indoor pool, missing a trick on having a clubhouse and takeaway/cafe onsite.

Good accommodation at excellent location with Pool!

An excellent place to stay with family, easy access to St Michael’s Mount and local places to visit. Facilities in rooms were good. An access to swimming pool was excellent. The lodge does require some tlc regarding general upkeep - maybe proper shower screens rather than curtains, and general fixtures needing tlc would be good. Beds were super comfy and a great place for families and very quiet stay. However - considering the exceptional price we had a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and a great little welcome touches like milk, tea, coffee and washing up liquid and tea towels and overall facilities like shop and laundrette on site is perfect. Thank you - hope to see you soon! :)

No shower screens - water could get on floor - but I asked for a mop - and the staff were accommodating and provided one. Some utensils and pans are on the cheap side - described as ‘student’ basic style - but I was able to use them without issue Shared parking bays - but we were off season.

Overall the stay was very good. A lovely, quiet and well kept camp with pleasent and helpful staff.

The location was perfect for getting to see what we came to the area for.

The shower in our bathroom didn't work properly. The power supply to the bedside lights didn't work.

Comfortable accomodation in a

Good location for Marazion, Penzance and St Ives and surrounding area for a short break. Ideal for an older couple with transport. Comfortable accommodation with friendly welcome on arrival with tea, milk and biscuits supplied. Good car parking spaces.

The 'double' bed was two large singles joined together making a large King Size bed. Unfortunately the mattresses had a metal rim so there was a hard bit running along the middle of the bed. We would suggest including a mattress topper. Only 2 of each crockery supplied. Would suggest supplying 4 of each to allow more flexibility so that some can be in the wash while others are being used. Sofa was a bit low so a bit difficult to get out of . We think springs had gone. A larger coffee table would also have been useful.

Ample sized lodge with all you needed for self catering. Friendly staff and very helpful

On our first night it was quite chilly in bed, so I got the spare throw out of the wardrobe to use on top of the duvet. But I didn't use it, as it had a very musty smell and I think just needed a wash to freshen it up? Parking our large estate car was a bit of a problem as the road through the site was quite narrow, so not much room to manoeuvre, but not something to stop us going again, just to be aware of.

The park and lodge were spotless. Super friendly hosts, great local knowledge. I enjoyed our interactions. Pool was lovely, warm and clean. As a solo adult I felt very safe and my daughter loved the lodge we stayed in.

A really lovely place to stay.

It's a lovely little friendly quiet site that's close to Marazion town, which is within walking distance, which has a lovely beach ,chip shop, yummy fudge shop, and a lovely pub, the site has a nice indoor pool it's clean the flower baskets are wonderful, it's a lovely place to stop if you want to relax,

Really lovely family lodge. Children loved their bedroom and we loved ours too. Separate accommodation and very comfy beds. Bedding, towels and all basics catered for. So close to Marazion, the beach and St Michael’s Mount. Great base to explore the area and very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The staff were amazing and the pool was lovely and so warm! Great little shop on site too that has everything that I had forgotten! Would recommend to anyone and will be staying there again!

Spotless, friendly, and excellent value

How amazingly clean the chalet was. Even though the bedroom was carpeted. Had everything you need fpr a self catering stay loved the little things like tea, coffee, biscuits and milk that were given & the lovely fluffy bath towels. Even had cleaning stuff & washing up liquid, which is really handy. Reception lady was really nice & helpful, esp as I wanted to find a local pub that would show the rugby, and she even took the trouble to ring them. Thank you would definitely stay here again. For a budget friendly place to stay would definitely recommend here

A pleasant , value for money stay

Very clean and Ideally located for our holiday. Very friendly staff, nice and quite but good access to main roads and attractions. Site well kept and easy parking.

Place had a very strong smell which wasn't the most pleasant, saucepans had no lids and the cooking utensils were very limited. The chair/sofa are very tired and have a greasy feel, could do with being changed.

Best place to stay near Penzance

The Lodge was superb, it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice towels and bedding. Shower warm and good pressure, comfortable bed and plenty of space. The location is very quiet and close to St Michael's Mount.

The pool is closing early (6:30pm) and I wish the bed would be bigger.

Really great, friendly site

Really nice site within a decent range of Marazion, about 15-20 mins walk. Really good value for money overall and although we only used the pool once it was a really nice, unexpected touch and a great addition to the the site. Staff really friendly on arrival and during the stay as well as being quick to respond with answers to questions via email before arrival.

Excellent stay. I arrived very late due to a night drive with my baby. The staff couldn’t have made it easier for me. They coned off a parking space near my lodge and had the cot set up, with the heater on and made sure they left a little light on etc to make it as easy as possible for me. I will definitely be staying on my next trip to Cornwall

We stayed in an small apartment for 5 nights and we had a lovely stay. The staff where all very friendly and very helpful - so huge hugs to Donna and her team! Location was also great as we manage to visit many places in Cornwall without having to drive for hours.

Excellent place for a family stay.

Excellent location - only 2 mins drive to Marizion and Mount St Michaels, but still in a quite and picturesque place. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother to them. Our lodge was pefect for a family stay - spacious and well equipped. Our highlight was the indoor pool with nicely warm water, we all loved it.
