Fantastic property and a great location. Loved it.
The car park is tight, but if you're in a regular saloon car (Focus for us) you'll be fine if you are careful.

The size of the property was perfect for our trip which consisted of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The views of St Michael’s Mount from the kitchen and back bedrooms was just beautiful to wake up to every day. The area of Marazion was ideal...great beach, nice couple of pubs and a great pasty and cream tea shop!
The parking is at the rear of the house and it is very, very tight to get in to. We had to park our car down at the car park at the sea front which cost an additional £4.50 a day. The noise from the other flats was also disturbing at times, especially when we were trying to put our toddlers to bed but this is obviously due to building being old and divided into 3 flats.

Great location in central Marazion, lovely house, delicious scones, jam, and cream waiting for us! The house was very comfortable with beautiful views and only a couple of minutes from the beach. It's really homely, and the kitchen is very well appointed. Fantastic water pressure in the showers! Really felt that I could have stayed forever!
Very nitpicky, but upstairs neighbours were quite noisy - but it's an old property that has been split into 3 so to be expected. Another (tiny) thing - we had a big vehicle which we couldn't get into the parking space. The (very helpful) info provided about the stay had said we could buy a week's parking pass for Marazion car park from the Godolphin Arms. This turned out not to be the case, and the St Aubyn trust (who looks after the car park) also said we couldn't buy a week's pass which meant we had to pay on a daily basis (although 4.50 a day so actually cheaper than £35 week rate as said in info pack!). As the car park is only a 5 minute walk away this wasn't a big deal, just something to bear in mind.
