Amazing view and decor of the house

The best of this house is the very magnificent view. The house is nice and roomy with a good kitchen, seating area, two dining tables in- and outside and two bathrooms. All rooms are well air conditioned.
The villa is more like 100m2, not 130 m2. Maybe the balconies were included. The walk the the beach is 25 min, not 12 minutes. The walk back is also 100m uphill. I don't know if it was a mistake or shining up the numbers but the owner is responsible that these numbers are correct. The car port was gone so the car got very hot in the sun. The entrance to the car park was so narrow that every time time I was afraid to scratch my car. No WIFI, however mentioned. A nice house like this should have WIFI.
