About this apartment rental

L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on two levels staggered by some steps. A bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 1 small kitchenette, 1 bathroom
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a large terracotta terrace on the bedroom level runs all around the apartment up to the entrance door, which in turn is protected by a small veranda. Next to the latter you go up, through an external staircase, to a terrace / solarium. From here the view embraces the entire gulf of Porto San Paolo. A veranda in front of the living room, furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, is surrounded by plants and various inflorescences
VIEW: sea view. From the bedroom and the two terraces you can enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the island of Tavolara that stands out in the center of the gulf. Garden view: from all rooms and from the veranda

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).

l'Ea di Lavru is the perfect choice for discerning travelers who 1.want to have a well appointed and designed space 2. appreciate the details in a vacation rental (the design, layout, ease of access, manicured gardens, cleanliness and location). 3. appreciate majestic views 4. want to experience one of the best concierge teams on the island (Flavio provides expert advice on where and when to go, where to eat, secret beaches/hikes; when he makes a reservation for you, Chef's go out of their way to create special dishes for you and even provide discounts..michelin starred chefs..) 5. a central location from which to easily explore the top half of the island, walk to beaches and restaurants all while avoiding masses of tourists If I come to Sardinia again, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere but here.

We spent a very pleasant two weeks in apartment n°1. It’s a wonderful place to chill out and the fact that we had two terraces meant that we could opt for sun or shade. The shady one looked out onto the pretty gardens and the rooftop one had a spectacular view over to the Isola Tavolara. The apartment itself was a testament to Flavio’s great love of architecture. His brochure was most useful, enabling us, amongst other things, to find beaches which would probably have remained hidden to us. We greatly appreciated the walk mapped out for us, from L’Ea di Lavru along the unspoilt local coastline. We must add that we would give 11 out of 10 for the cleanliness of the apartment and everything in it!

We really enjoyed the hospitality and service of the estate owner - Flavio. It was a great pleasure to experience his commitment and dedication to perfection - about our stay, about the apartment and about our excursions, that Flavio very kindly helped us organizing. When booking the apartment - Flavio provided us with an extensive guidebook with a lot of useful information about the area of Porto San Paolo. Besides this - the apartment was lovely and had a great view. Highly recommendable Janne & Søren Denmark

Lovely stay at L'eau di Lavru. Beautiful view from the patio and very well maintained grounds. The bathroom was great and the apartment (one of the smallest I think) was soCious enough for the three of us. Flavio was very helpful without being intrusive. A great base for touring north/eastern Sardinia.
