A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this floor, along with direct access to the garden and to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, the villa accommodates 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and WC, and each opening directly onto the terrace. The first bedroom features a dressing room and a double bed. The second bedroom is appointed with a double bed. The third bedroom also includes a dressing room and a double bed. The villa thus offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest.
