The property was spacious and very comfortable with excellent central heating (important in December) The view from the big window in kitchen/dining area over the Tyne was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped Steve was available to sort out problems which was great The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water

There are lots of stairs but the reward is a good view, There is only one bathroom which might not be good for six people

A wonderfully prepared spacious property along the coast.

The location at Tynemouth is fantastic and has sea views to the south and east and along the Tyne River. During weekday evenings during a non-Holiday week was pretty quiet.

Lovely warm appartment, great location and the bottle of 'fizz' a lovely touch.

My wife visited with family and loved the spaciousness, views and location. They were all perfect as was the communication from Steve

Communication from the owner excellent, beautiful accomodation within easy reach of shops and beach

Could be a little noisy at weekends as there are a lot of bars and restaurants, but it was a lovely little town , spoilt for choice for eateries and places to drink, but maybe if you had a small family it might be a little noisy at closing time, I had ear plugs so not a problem!!

The property is in a fantastic location, views of the Priory and sea from most windows and the balcony. Its quirkiness and room layout is brilliant, the best property by far that we’ve stayed in. Steve the host was always available should he be needed. Feels like we’ve got another friend in the area, definitely will be back!

Loved the space, the balcony, the view, the location was so handy for the shops, bars & restaurants and easy access to the motorway for the journeys we made.

Quirky apartment in excellent location.

Good location, close to bars, restaurants, metro train station and the beaches. Very clean, facilities good, beds very comfortable. Views from appartment beautiful, access to balcony containing small patio furniture, weather permitting. Good location to other local attractions and places further a field.

Personally it wasn't a problem, but the appartment is spread over multiple floors therefore plenty of stairs, which could be a problem with some people.

Very happy with our stay at Tynemouth Village Penthouse.

Steve the host was very welcoming & imformative. Accomodation was lovely comfortable, clean, warm & welll equiped. Really nice coastal walks & beaches close. Nice cocktail bars, resturaunts & takeaways close. Metro just a 4 minute walk. Morning coffee on balcony was briliant stsrt to the day. TV with netflix & internet was nice.

There was ocasional noise from the street, but thats part of being in the centre of a busy area. The facilities were lovely but it would have been nice to have a second toilet. Would return & reccomend.
