Everything was perfect
No complains at all
My room japanese style with tatami was realy spacius. Supe clean very comfort bed pillows super nice the hot spring water. All perfect for me

Nothing except one staff member, Kozzy, was friendly and a good man.
The old manager was unnecessarily rude and unfriendly – the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The mattress feels barely 5 cm thick, so it’s basically like sleeping on the floor. The location is far from the few restaurants in that remote area. I booked for 2 nights but ended up changing hotels after the first. There is no food service, only vending machines. Very disappointing.
