Clean but facilities could do with being renewed.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean!

The interior of the lodge is very dated - the bed and main living arena couch were both rock hard and lumpy. There was a smell of wet dog in the lodge that lasted the entire weekend. The main living area wasn’t comfortable enough that you would want to spend any time there. And they charge you an extra cost for electricity!

A lovely lodge in a beautiful location,

The lodge had everything we needed, and there was a fantastic view from the veranda. The local information and guides to local walks was very helpful. The staff were very helpful. The location was perfect for walkers and those who want to get to know the area.

As a person with arthritis in both my knees I found the seating in the 'lounge' area too low when trying to stand up. The oven was very slow to heat up and took a long time to cook anything, it was losing a lot of heat from the top of the oven door.

Relaxing, comfortable in beautiful area.

Beautiful location with fantastic views, enhanced by excellent weather. Self catering and cooked most of my meals, and the cooking equipment was adequate. The staff/ owners were lovely and kind.

One day I could not get onto the site as my way was blocked by caravans hoping to enter the caravan site next door. This issue needs to be sorted.

Killin time in March!

Location was great. Lodge was cosy and had everything we needed. Nice access up the waterfalls and brooks behind the lodges which took you up the big hill through the woods.. brilliant for dog walking. The fact that the dog was welcome was amazing and wee gated area at front of lodge was great too! So close to Ben Lawers as well.... Definitely come back.. armed with extra pound coins for the meter!! Lol

Shower was a wee bit temperamental ... And we spent a lot on the electric meter when using the oven... And heating.. But it was March and cold! Lol First lodge we have been to where we had to pay for electric.. but guess if it was included - people might take advantage and be wasteful.... DVD didn't work... And no signal on digibox .. we didn't bother telling owners because we brought our Chromecast so we were able to use the wi-fi to watch Netflix.

Die Küche und die Couch waren in schlechtem Zustand. Veraltete elektrische Heizkörper deren Funktionsfähigkeit schwer herzustellen war. Enge Dusche. Lauter Lüfter im Bad. Fragwürdige teilweise einem Rätselaufgebende Elektrik. Es waren nur zwei Tassen, Teller, Gläser, 2xBesteck zur Verfügung. Bratpfanne Beschichtung defekt. Zu wenig Haken im Bad. Keine Möglichkeit zu waschen und Wäsche auf Leine zu trocknen.
