Location was great, the house is spacious, the backyard is very nice and has games. It has everything for you to go to the beach. Towels, chairs, boogie boards, sand castle buckets etc. it also has a lot of board games. The couch is very comfortable to watch a movie, the kitchen is well equipped.
Overall we liked everything, it could just be a little more clean and have an AC that cools and not just heats
