Whether you are a military family transitioning through a PCS move, a remote corporate team collaborating in North County, or an extended vacationer looking for a sun-drenched retreat, our completely remodeled beach-themed house offers the perfect blend of work, comfort, and play.
Strategically located less than 3 miles from Camp Pendleton’s front gate and just 1–2 miles from Oceanside's iconic pier, local coffee shops, and vibrant dining scene, this property provides effortless access to the best of San Diego. Fully furnished and 100% turnkey ready, this versatile haven is meticulously designed to meet the highest standards of long-term travelers. Unpack, settle in, and experience Oceanside like a local.
The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay.

- Mixing bowls
- Glass storage containers

Each room has it's own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you're wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids' room with a bunk bed that includes a twin and two fulls.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with a chair to sit and relax on.
Our smart TV includes access to Netflix & Disney+.
We've also got a few card games to enjoy.
*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.
This is a stand alone home with guest parking available in the front.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.
Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.
Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.
Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
For public transit, this is walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego
A Note on Layout & Privacy: This home shares a driveway with a separate property located directly behind it. However, the house is fully detached and designed to optimize your privacy, featuring its own dedicated entry, distinct living areas, and private outdoor spaces so you can fully relax.
We are also completing landscaping around the property, so there may be areas that appear unfinished.

Great property and good location near Oceanside beach and pier. We had two families, 4 adults and 4 kids and fit just perfect. They Offer chairs and beach toys and it was pretty well stocked for kitchen items such as pans and utensils. Would definitely stay here again, great communication with host.

This rental was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs for our stay there. The owner communicated immediately with any questions I had and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect location! 15 mins to Legoland and quick 6 blocks to Oceanside Beach and the Pier. Sand toys, beach chairs and 2 wave boards were available at the unit for beach fun.
