Everything was great except the garage is for compact cars only. I had to park on the street above and move my car every four hours to avoid ticketing. I would stay again but rent a car this time.

The room was facing south, small units and I could her the waves all night, the kitchen was small for our family but it had all we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is about a 10 min walk to restaurants, icecream shop, surf shops etc. The unit had a garage that is only big enough for a small suv, I did see a 4 door tacoma inside one. We used our garage to store our surfboard, scooters, skateboards and toys.

Best sleep I’ve had all year… listening to the waves all night. View from the bedroom…wow, just, wow! It took multiple communications to get the promised parking pass for our van that couldn’t fit into the tiny garage so… we didn’t have the pass for night one, but did for night two. Overall… still wonderful!

The first red flag was the presence of homeless individuals sitting outside the community, and the entrance door to the property lacked proper security to prevent unwanted guests from entering. Upon entering the unit, we noticed black staining beneath the fold-out bed that appeared to be mold. Both my wife and I have asthma and are extremely sensitive to mold, and we began experiencing coughing and difficulty breathing during and after our stay. When we arrived, the unit had a strong odor of rot and mildew, consistent with mold. We attempted to call the number provided twice but received no answer. With no front desk available, we had no way to resolve the issue in person. We also contacted the property through the listing site, but all we received was an apology. We were promised a clean and safe environment, but that was not what we received. We are now sick and waiting to recover. We believe a refund is justified under these circumstances, but it seems unlikely at this point. We will never stay again and definitely recommend others don’t stay as well.

Spent hours on the oceanfront, wind-protected patio catching rays, watching surfers, sailboats, and the endless passer byer activity of the strand. Mgnt (Trevor) excellent to work with. If your unit has a garage, be sure to measure your vehicle's width. Room is "compact" but fills the need. I would stay here again

It’s right on the beach/strand & offers excellent views, great front patio & sitting area. Our truck didn’t fit in our unit garage, but street parking was not too bad at all. The overall ambience of this little area is charming, although busy this time of year if you want to people watch, take long walks, or even rent electric bikes, this is the place to relax and do that. The rooms are small with very cozy and clean with great beds and bathroom.

The place was nicely updated but, tiny. There is no parking on the premises so, you have to park on the street and move your car every 4-hours to avoid a ticket. There may or may not be a parking pass in the room so, plan on a some inconveniences when you first arrive. Other than that, we enjoyed walking around the area and the close proximity to public transportation for visiting points outside the city.

Such a beautiful place and location! It’s close to the pier, where you can walk and grab some food and drinks. We had a couples getaway, the deck was perfect to watch the sunset. The beach is literally across the path with free beach chairs to use. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the tiny showers in the rooms. We will definitely be back, such a relaxing place to go!

We enjoyed the place, awesome location the beach was amazing along with the deck. The room was very nice but the bed seem small for a queen but comfortable. Shower was too small. Couch was and had a nice little kitchenette. Location was so quiet and if you leave windows open you can hear the ocean waves.

The location is amazing. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves all day and night and Easy walk to eateries. The units are small and compact, the shower is very small. My husband is 200lbs and not much room to move around. The blinds, though they look good don't go to bottom of window and let too much outside light in at night, I prefer a very dark room, so i wasn't happy for all the light.

A hidden gem. Like having your own apartment on the beach.

The first night cuz we arrived late, it was easy to get into my room without any front desk. But our bed sheets wasn’t clean enough… there was dirty spots and footprints on them… I left messages so they changed all in the morning at 10 am. The staffs were friendly. But the situation was embarrassing for me cuz I booked the room for my parents to stay… we all slept on the dirty bed sheets the first night without any choice… besides that everything else was fine. They have beach umbrella and chairs you can borrow. Parking will be on the pacific st, I wish I know which room has onsite parking that can use, the whole time I was kind of worried of my car….

our condo had a separate bedroom and bath w/a comfortable queen bed, charging lamps, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner & bath towels. the kitchenette was fully equipped w/serving dishes & utensils and pans to cook on the stovetop, a toaster, a keurig (pods, sugar and creamers supplied). we were supplied w/instructions on how to use the TV & remote and there was a comfortable couch/sleeper sofa and kitchen table/chairs. the decor was pleasing and simple; not overly fussy. we were supplied with beach towels, luggage rack, iron & board and had the use of the communal beach chairs, umbrellas, wave boards and sand toys. A laundry room is available w/2 washers and dryers at a cost of $2/load; laundry soap was included. we were in town for a wedding at The Seabird Resort which was a 5 min walk from The Marbella. the Pier & many restaurants on Mission Ave were within walking distance for us. Beach access was conveniently right across the Strand! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
