Oceanside Beach Condos

This unit is located on the north end of the Strand less than 1/2 mile from the pier. It is very convenient to the north Oceanside beach and marina. It's a gated community with an underground parking garage. The location is perfect! While the property has a 90 degree glance for a narrow ocean view. The condo is updated with modern conveniences, though the living room sofa is very worn, dated, has uncomfortable seat cushions and not oriented properly for viewing the TV. This is a sleeper sofa and the seat cushions are compressing into the sleeper bed leaving you with the frame for your thigh support. The dining room and patio furniture are high-top style which can be awkward for some people. Within hours of our arrival, it was apparent that an entire electrical circuit was malfunctioning including the living room TV, sofa lamp, porch light and other dead outlets. Upon closer examination, it seems extension cords were deployed as a temporary workaround for a previously known problem. We called the after hours number and reported the issue. Two electricians were dispatched the following morning and the problem was repaired in 15 minutes. Very impressed with maintenance turnaround, but wondering why it wasn’t handled properly the first time. We have stayed at this unit 4 times, but thinking we will be looking for a different unit in the same complex for the future.

Amazing location for the condo. Beautiful premises, very well maintained. Shocked that every morning bbq and pool are cleaned. Large condo and amazing scenery with kio pond and trees and flowers. Definitely will return.. If I could request 2 things it would be additional reserved parking spot and more towels. The couch was a bit uncomfortable but the beds were great.
