You have just found a fully air conditioned, FRONT OCEAN VIEW, beautifully decorated condo with a security coded private entrance, private garage, two parking spaces and all the amenities of home! Located within the beachfront community of Oceanside, California, with 3 miles of pristine beach, between the harbor and the Oceanside pier (the West Coast's longest all wood pier) sits this lovely, modern condo with white water views from the great room and the spacious deck.

The home is within walking distance of the harbor or pier and the beach is just steps outside of your door.

Decorated like a model home, this condo has beautiful furniture throughout. The beds are ultra comfortable. The family room has a giant 60 inch flat screen high definition TV with surround sound. Multiple television stations to choose from, Netflix, etc. You can record any show you might miss while at the beach.

All rooms in this condo have Air Conditioning; living area, kitchen, and both bedrooms.

The two large master bedrooms are complete with new luxurious pillow-top king-size beds. Both bedrooms have 46-inch HD flat screen TV's. The family room has an extremely comfortable queen-size sofa couch so the home sleeps 6 comfortably.

In May 2020 we remodeled the bathroom, and it is beautifully appointed with a combination sea glass, marble and granite tiles. The home also has a full-size washer dryer in the unit for your convenience with detergent provided.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, Full sized refrigerator, stove/oven and, dishwasher; not to mention almost everything you could possibly need to whip up a great meal or drink. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining for 6.

Several restaurants and bars, an ice cream shop, coffee shop etc. are all within walking distance in the town or at the harbor. Within walking distance is a 17-plex theater and a wonderful French bakery.

Relax on the chaise lounge, soak in the sun and read your favorite book on the glass-walled deck overlooking the Pacific. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and sip on a tropical drink under the large umbrella or simply enjoy outdoor dining for 6 with your family. Backyard entertaining is enhanced by the large stainless-steel BBQ.

Other amenities for your use include 2 on-site parking spaces, (one private garage and one driveway space), beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chests as well as boogie boards, two bikes with helmets and sand toys for the kids.

The VIEW!!!!! Amazing! The property was clean, spacious and RELAXING! I loved having the extra garage parking and the beach items provided were an extra treat! Beds were comfy cozy and big enough to roll around! Grill was a bonus and private patio above the neighbors was fabulous. Diane was sweet and left a personal message for me and the family! We will be back.

Our stay was just beachy! This was a very family friendly location with just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony were breath taking. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We loved our stay! The views from the deck/ living room were amazing! Location was awesome. It's so close to the beach! The only downside was bringing everything down for the beach. It was a little ways around the street, but not bad. Our older kids could help carry things, but I'd recommend a wagon to help haul gear for the day. Everything was clean. The couch bed was actually really nice. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Being able to park in the driveway was convenient. Communication with host was easy. I would stay here again!

Absolutely awesome rental. Has great views right off the deck. Very close to the beach about a 2 minute walk. Also close to a wide range of shops and restaurants. The property was very nice and cozy, it accommodated 4 adults for a week just fine( only one bathroom though). It has just about everything you need to have a great time.

I found this great location for my Ironman 70.3 race. It was half way between Swim/Transition and Finish line. It had a great deck with Grill and wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. We had everything we needed in this two bedroom location. It was comfortable and convenient. Looking forward to staying again.

This Oceanside retreat was perfect for our family of 3. The two bedrooms are spacious with king size beds, nice size kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining needs. We had a wonderful and memorable stay here. The condo had a nice sized garage that had beach toys, chairs, and bikes. There is a security door before you get to the main entrance which is only accessible by code, which makes it feel private, safe, and secure. The view from the patio is amazing and you can see and hear the ocean from inside of the property. The host was very nice and communicative and provided so many amenities to help make the stay more comfortable like coffee, blow dryer, curling iron, shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, etc. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were provided. Great location too, was just a short walk to the beach, pier, and shops. Everything was just great all around, we had so much fun and highly recommend staying here.

This place was perfect for a few days of R & R by the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. We arrived to little welcome basket of treats which was much appreciated. We woke up every morning to a beautiful view and even managed to see a dolphin. Perfect stay and would definitely book again.

Our house was being fumigated, so we needed a home in the area to stay in, and this place did not disappoint! The ocean views from the patio were breathtaking, the communication with the owners was amazing, and the house was exactly as described. They also included many little touches like laundry supplies, bathroom supplies, and plenty of extra bedding. There was plenty of cookware and even lots of spices that we could use in the cabinet. The game and book collection was great, too! This is a great place for couples or for families - a gem!We had a slight issue with the heaters and the owners were so kind to come over and see what was going on. We really appreciated their responsiveness and care over the matter. If we ever need to stay in the area again, we will DEFINITELY be staying here. Thank you so much for making this process as easy as possible!

This Oceanside property is a true gem. Prime location, just two blocks from the beach with breathtaking unforgettable views. The spacious and comfortable interior provides the perfect retreat after a day of sun and surf. The tranquil private outdoor patio was amazing. This is a great little place with a nice patio overlooking the ocean. Two bedrooms but only one bathroom, so it was perfect for 2 people. We used one bedroom for our luggage and changing room. The shower is great for taller people and has great water pressure. The drain in the bathroom sink was very stinky but we reported to manager upon our departure. They were very responsive and nice people.

We enjoyed our stay at this great condo with a patio overlooking the beach! It is just a short walk down to the beach which was a huge plus! The host also provided a wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, umbreallas and sun shade to use at the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay with a great view but away from the noise of the stand this place is it! We cannot wait to stay again! The host was very responsive and fun to chat with during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Dianes place was clean & perfectly laid out for our family. The beach is about a 3 minute walk around the corner which was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was absolutely perfect for game night & early morning coffee. I’d definitely stay here again. My only tiny complaint is that the boogie boards are all broken. Maybe consider purchasing some new ones for guests.

Home was exactly as viewed in photos. We had some situations that happened while staying at this location. Other tenants staying in the next apartment and didn't follow the rules that the owner has a policy on and disrupted our vacation with no tv to watch during amost all of our week long stay. Loud screaming child in the evening and early morning. And people drinking in the street down below leaving their beer cans on the sidewalk in front of the garages. I understand no control as to whomever the owner rents to though I feel next time rent a solo home and not a unit connected. One of the bicycles was flat and could not use. Needed more cooking utensils that are not just for the BBQ. Owner was very pleasant and tried to help but overall stay was unfortunately not pleasant or relaxing like we planned.

The unit was absolutely perfect for 4 adults- although 1 bathroom required a bit of scheduling. It reminded me of summer camp :) It is very nicely updated and modern, and extremely well stocked. The check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the off street parking was a bonus, especially for the area. Here's where the owner's customer service excelled. The unit had a pretty significant water leak from the kitchen faucet. We didn't know about it when we checked in, but the owners did. I called them immediately to let them know, and they were able to come the next morning and take a peek. Long story short- the leak was more extensive than thought and we were moved into the larger, downstairs unit that happened to be available. I have no doubt that if that unit had been occupied, the owners would have done anything possible to make sure we were taken care of. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly. It's not that those things happen, but how they are taken care of. In this case, the owners did everything possible to right a wrong and were very responsive and understanding. I highly recommend this place (or if needed, the larger, 4 bedroom unit). It has everything you want or need for a wonderful Oceanside experience.
