It’s one of the few condos at NCV with west-facing ocean views, south-facing pier, and beach views - and it’s all on one level! This unit has stunning interior and a soothing nautical theme with ocean colors. The living room has a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with a queen-size memory foam mattress, a comfortable recliner, and two extra chairs.
The beautifully updated kitchen features granite counters and backsplash, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped for cooking to your heart’s content! The rustic ocean-view family dining table seats six, plus two barstools at the counter. You’ll find an ample selection of dishes and serving pieces in the built-in china cabinet. Sleep in comfort with a new (2023) Posturepedic Plus 14” Plush Hybrid High Point king-size bed with an adjustable base, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top twin beds, and the sound of ocean waves! Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs. Ocean Dream has one reserved garage parking space.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

We had an amazing time in this Oceanside Condo overlooking the beach. We saw the ocean from every window as described - we especially loved eating breakfast on the balcony watching the surfers in the morning or eating dinner on the same balcony in the late afternoon to watch the gorgeous sunset. This condo was clean, homey, and features a complete kitchen that we used frequently. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tub, We also enjoyed the easy walk to the harbor to eat in our favorite restaurants overlooking the marina. I look forward to booking another week at this location in the near future.

I give this condo 5 stars for its cleanliness, location to the beach and resort amenities. My adult kids and I came here for a relaxing mini vacation and really enjoyed our time.Side note for coffee drinkers…. The only thing missing was coffee! They provide a coffee pot and Keurig, but zero coffee, so you have to buy it.

The condo had wonderful views of the ocean from almost every room. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location to the beach access and pool as well.

Clean, spacious for our family, has all the things you need to cook and have a sit down meal. View is amazing and close to everything. Compound is well taken care of. Thank you!
