Penthouse Condo w/ Panoramic Ocean Views at Beach Resort

we loved the location and amenities

we didn’t like that the water was shut off two separate days during our stay from 9 AM to 12 PM

The people are very nice and responsive. The pools, spas were relaxing. Designated parking was nice. It was great to be walking distance to the ocean.

It was confusing to find the patrol office to pickup keys. The elevator was broken in building A and had some issues in building D. There was no locks on the bathroom doors.

It was perfect!!! Top service from the moment we booked until we checked out. Beautiful balconies with views from each side. Loved the woodwork, beds available, how each room had ceiling fans and floor oscillating fans and all the beach accessories they provide. We had the best easiest put together cabana on the beach!!! The pool and spa are very close and weren’t as busy as the big pool on the other side of the complex. Kitchen completely stocked with all dishes you will need. Cupboards everywhere!!! Loved having a spot for everything. Perfect family get away steps from the beach. Loved it. Will be booking again for sure!!!
