Please note: This is a spectacular vacation cottage condo offering the quickest possible beach access. Staying in A19 places you right in the heart of the beach energy, situated at the corner of "The Strand" and Breakwater Way. The condo's unique location and back deck create the ultimate spot for people-watching and soaking up the laid-back beach atmosphere. Weekends here are a car lover's dream, featuring everything from classic restorations to sports cars cruising to the music. The building shown in the photos houses the public restrooms and rinse stations—highly convenient after a day on the sand, though it does bring additional foot traffic (a natural part of the lively beach environment).
If you are looking for a quiet, secluded retreat, we recommend our harbor-facing properties. But if you love being right in the center of the action, A19 is the perfect spot for you!
KITCHEN AND DINING
The entire condo boasts elegant granite countertops and new porcelain plank tile flooring. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals! The dining area comfortably seats 6.
LIVING AREA
Relax among stylish, modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully decorated and offers plenty of comfortable seating arrangements. Unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large smart flat-screen TV with complimentary cable. For a cozy winter day—or just to set the mood—enjoy the fully functional fireplace.
Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in December '25.
SLEEPING
A19 is set up to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The master suite features a brand-new King-size Revive Copper Cool-Tek Medium Firm Hybrid mattress (2025). The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper located in the living room.
EXTRAS
A porta-crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with smaller guests.
1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building.
Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
A19 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2)

We loved our time at this beachfront property. Things were clean and well-stocked.

We loved the condo, we could have coffee in the morning and watch the surfers! It was great.
My only complaints were all their rules they expected us to comply with, but they didn't leave equipment, such as the BBQ grill that was so old it wouldn't even light, but boy we better not leave it dirty. It was filthy to begin with.
My husband fixed the screen on the patio door, my daughter fixed the ice maker in the freezer. The door to the Condo looks horrible but they are so worried about what you put down the garbage disposal - either fix it or say it doesn't work at all.
Location wise, you couldn't beat it. Finding the security office to check in after dark - almost impossible.
