This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a high end range in the kitchen and smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Stayed here for a soccer tournament along with other members of the team in other condos. Location was good but had an issue with the shower knob breaking. Owner nice and offered to fix right away. Beach was under construction and weather was May-gray, but over all a good stay.

The grounds are meticulously groomed, most beautiful gardens ever and the waterscapes are magnificent. The condo was nice, clean and comfortable for the most part. The minor complaint is the extra soft mattress in the master bedroom that had no support. Gym, sauna and weight room are most impressive I didn’t rate it a 5, only because we were expecting a smaller condo community. It was March break and for a family, the large pool was perfect, loaded with children. We are retired and would have preferred something a bit more quiet. Perhaps nice wooden lawn furniture in quieter areas of the most delightful grounds, would be a solution. Somewhere outdoors to relax.in a quieter venue. Oh yes…the walk a short distance to the awesome beach and impressive surf was a real bonus.

Enjoyable as we were able to spend time with friends. The weather was not good and the condominium is dated with poor heating. Obviously in the spring and summer this would not be a necessity, so I consider the accommodation as more appropriate for those months. An important plus is the main bedroom bed, which is king size and very comfortable. I have rated all factors as good and not very good. My reasons are that, even though everything in the condo was clean, the heating vents in the walls need a major clean out. Also, we had a problem with the living room television. Jim responded quickly to rectify that, but without telling us he organised third party access to the condo when we were not there. Clearly, a security issue. In addition, the condominium is in a very large complex, and largely due to maintenance work and the proximity of neighbours, it was at times, very noisy. In summary, I think this accommodation is more appropriate for a young couple with one or two children, looking for a beach/ poolside holiday.

With two bathrooms, 3 TVs and 6 sleeping sites, perfect for me, my wife and 3 teens. An unexpected pleasure were 3 boogie boards and plenty of beach chairs and towels! It took about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, and right by lifeguard tower 8, there is a bathroom. It was within a 15-20 minutes walk of food and entertainment in downtown Oceanside. We did not take advantage of any HOA amenities like the pool and gym, but they all seemed nice. Coming form out of state and wanting to beach as much as possible, who wants to do anything else?

The property here was great! The grounds are beautiful and the pool and hot tub are really nice. The buildings themselves seem a little outdated, all of the floors are extremely crooked and sloping which was a little strange. But the place was very clean and nicely stocked. Last year the unit we stayed in had so much train noise, and we were so happy to be able to sleep comfortably with the windows open and not hear the train all night! We would absolutely stay again!

Family trip for the 4th of July. Unit is well equipped with all you need. A bit warm at night, but there are fans in the unit. Some sand on the floors and in the bathrooms on our arrival, otherwise very clean and we had a great time!

My husband and his brother and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful clean 2 BR 2 Bath condo. We found it to be comfortable and quiet, and we very much enjoyed walking through the gorgeous grounds to get to our daily beach and harbor walks- both only very short distances away. Communication with the host was so easy - Jim was so prompt in responding. Checking in and out was also easy. Would definitely stay here again. The only caveat is that there doesn’t seem to be any air conditioning in the entire complex, so it might be more humid and warm in the apartments here, if that is of concern.

We had a great stay as a family of 5 (kids are 9, 6, 3). Plenty of space both in the unit and on the grounds. The pool and hot tub were great, and the kids loved feeding the koi fish (bring quarters for the food dispenser!) We appreciated that the complex was closed so the kids could roam safely. An easy walk to the beach and pier. The unit and complex were clean and in good repair, but just old enough that we didn’t feel worried that the kids would touch something pristine and cause a bunch of damage ;) Owner was proactive and easy to communicate with. He accommodated our questions and requests quickly. We would stay again!

Great location in Oceanside just a few minutes walk from both the harbor and pier. The facility is so beautiful with a koi pond running through it, lots of diverse plants, and a really nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. Our condo was clean and well kept, very comfy king bed and every amenity we would need. We will definitely look for this place first when coming back to Oceanside!

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely Oceanside was. We stayed in this area primarily because we wanted to be by the beach but also need easy access to Anaheim, Riverside and San Diego as we had events in each place during our trip. The condo is comfortable, clean and a great size. The view from the deck felt like we were in a tropical resort. Easy walk into town for morning coffee, restaurants and a fun Thursday night market with food trucks and vendors. We would definitely stay here again.

We came down to sunny San Diego for a few days on a girls trip. The condo gave us the option of pool or beach and most days BOTH! Walking distance to everything plus a little kitchen so we could even cook. The condo had everything we could possibly need including beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. The balcony views were incredible and we really enjoyed our stay. Shout it to Jim who was an extraordinary host! We loved it!!

Perfect size for our small family of four. The property is gated and locked during evening hours so it feels safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful and green. The boys loved feeding the Koi fish and swam in the pool even with the beach nearby. The barbecue grill area was really nice to have even though they were pretty busy when at dinner time. A beautiful meandering walk through the grounds take you right to the beach/Strand or a more direct walk takes you right across the bridge to the harbor for close restaurants. We got a little lost at first getting in but the owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this property!

This condo was great for our family of 5! The master bedroom is very spacious with a super comfortable king bed. The other bedroom had plenty of space for our three kids to share and it was so convenient for them to have their own bathroom and TV in the room. The kitchen had everything we needed including ice, ziploc bags, and coffee filters. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers provided, but wish there had been a beach wagon provided to cart it all down to the beach. You can see the ocean from the patio, which was lovely, but it’s a bit of a trek to get through the complex and onto the sand with small children and all the snacks and floaties and sand toys they require. The parking is super convenient to this unit and it’s close to the gym and the pool. The pool was amazing and warm and my kids would have spent all day in it if we let them. The complex itself is in a great location right next to the beach. We wished it was a little closer to coffee shops and restaurants, but if you plan for it you can get to many things. With a toddler in tow, it’s about a 12 minute walk to the marina and about a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Mission Avenue. Overall we had a great family vacation at this condo and would definitely return if given the chance!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected/pictured. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Place was comfortable and clean. Outdoor furniture is a little ‘weathered’ as mentioned in other reviews but it’s completely to be expected with salty air. Still functions as it should! It’s a little bit of a maze getting to the pool/ocean, unless we just didn’t find the best route. It was fun though going the way we did as the grounds are beautiful and we don’t mind a few extra steps. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking in Oceanside!

We appreciated the decor and the location of this condo. The building is older, which makes for a musty smell. The floors are slanted and uneven in the condo. The grounds are very beautiful and the hot tub area is great. The parking is underground in a secured location. The condo comes with beach supplies, and the kitchen seems well-stocked. The king-size bed mattress is the very squishy, soft kind--not our favorite.

This is our third time staying at this property, each time in a different condo. We have never been disappointed and this was our best stay yet! We loved the two bedroom unit and it allowed us to have more space. It was also nice to have a tv in each room so that early risers or night owls arent keeping the other sleepers awake. The only thing that this unit could use are a few updated chairs for the beach (two were in great shape but the rest were rusty and brittle). We did have a plugged drain during our trip and the host was so responsive and had someone there to fix the issue right away. I would definitely stay here again and the area is so fun for a family get away!

I wanted to give my 81 year old father one last trip to see the Pacific Ocean. He is wheelchair bound and this property was so easy to navigate for him. It was so close to the ocean, we could open the patio door and hear the waves. The view was beautiful. I’m a runner and was able to run along the ocean each morning and when the weather didn’t permit, the gym on the property was clean and more than suitable. The owner of the property gave perfect instructions on how to navigate the check-in/check-out process and touched base to make sure everything was ok. I’d definitely rent this property again!
