About this apartment rental
End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a high end range in the kitchen and smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Luxury vinyl plank flooring & baseboards installed in all rooms November 2024
Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space. Thoughtfully stocked & maintained.

HOA managed laundry is very close. This unit is in the G building and does NOT back to the train tracks.
North Coast Village condos DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and there is no smoking in the complex or condo.

We had the best time! Friends had suggested the property and it did not disappoint! The grounds and property were like a Hawaiian oasis! Our condo was great. Well stocked with boogie boards, chairs and towels for the beach. It wasn’t cluttered or tacky. It was as exactly as advertised. The master bed was so comfy!! We had such a wonderful trip! Thank you Jim for your hospitality!

Fantastic accommodations! Centrally located & walking distance to the Marina, Beach & Pier. Property Manager was amazing & had phenomenal communication for Check In & Check Out Process & made my family & I feel very welcomed & at home. Highly recommended & would stay here again

Age of the property shows. Kitchen you could tell had been updated. Bathrooms needed the same. More seating was needed for the outside table.
