About this apartment rental
End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Luxury vinyl plank flooring & baseboards installed in all rooms November 2024
Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space. Thoughtfully stocked & maintained.
Fresh white duvet covers and new living room furniture 2024.
HOA managed laundry is very close. This unit is in the G building and does NOT back to the train tracks.
North Coast Village condos DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and there is no smoking in the complex or condo. My insurance prohibited providing Boogie Boards

We have stayed at North Coast several other times and truly enjoy the property. The location with the pool access is hard to beat. The condo was good overall. The boogie boards they had available were very beat up. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have available. It would’ve been nice to have more towels to use as we were there a week. The stove is also hard to figure out. The stickers on it aren’t correct with the hot and cooler settings so we had to mess with it to get it to boil water. Also the main bedroom shower is hard to get the water to turn off all the way. If you turn it all the way off it starts trickling again so you have to turn it back just the right amount for it to turn off and not drip drip drip all night long. Was a convenient location to the elevator and the parking garage which was very nice when packing the luggage. Overall we love north coast and will return, thanks!

Excellent condo. Gracious host. Beautiful property with exquisite gardens, well-appointed pool and hot tubs, easy access to the beach, and all the facilities needed for an extended visit (e.g., gym, grills, laundry, etc.). The only hiccup was beyond the owner’s control: check-in process was sullied by a nasty security guard. Once we got to the management office (behind a security perimeter), the check-in process was smooth and easy by very nice folks.

The complex grounds were beautiful and well- cared for and the balcony was sunny and had a partial view of the ocean. The host responded quickly to a few minor concerns but overall the unit was not as nice as we expected. The showers have been recently remodeled, but the kitchen needs updating
