About this apartment rental
End unit provides extra light. This single level floor plan gives its guest extra privacy as both bedrooms have an attached bathroom. This unit also has NO WALL TO WALL CARPETING making it fresh and sanitary. There's a smart TV in the living room. The primary bedroom had a king mattress installed in April 2022. Both bathrooms had a down to the studs remodel in December 2024. Luxury vinyl plank flooring & baseboards installed in all rooms November 2024
Internet is also included. There is a peaceful water fall below that creates the rest and relaxation you are looking for. Although this is a garden view unit, there are views of the Pacific from the terrace. You will appreciate its close proximity to the elevator and assigned parking space. Thoughtfully stocked & maintained.

HOA managed laundry is very close. This unit is in the G building and does NOT back to the train tracks.
North Coast Village condos DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and there is no smoking in the complex or condo. My insurance prohibited providing Boogie Boards

Excellent condo. Gracious host. Beautiful property with exquisite gardens, well-appointed pool and hot tubs, easy access to the beach, and all the facilities needed for an extended visit (e.g., gym, grills, laundry, etc.). The only hiccup was beyond the owner’s control: check-in process was sullied by a nasty security guard. Once we got to the management office (behind a security perimeter), the check-in process was smooth and easy by very nice folks.

We had a really nice stay overall. The location and setup made for a relaxing trip, and there are definitely some highlights worth calling out.The master bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress, sheets, pillows, and comforter were all excellent and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.The condo worked well for our family, and the overall experience was positive.One thing to note is that the master bedroom gets fairly bright at night due to outside lighting coming through the curtains. If you’re sensitive to light, you’re likely going to have issues sleeping, so it’s something to be aware of.There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly around some of the kitchen items and general upkeep, but nothing that took away from enjoying the trip.Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay with a lot of potential.

Host communication was very good, unit was clean and as described and had everything we needed for a awesome Family and beach time. Grounds are amazing and pool and hot tub also. Great location and short walk to the beach. Host was very gracious with us as we had a Family emergency just before the trip.

The complex grounds were beautiful and well- cared for and the balcony was sunny and had a partial view of the ocean. The host responded quickly to a few minor concerns but overall the unit was not as nice as we expected. The showers have been recently remodeled, but the kitchen needs updating
