About this apartment rental
This warm and cozy 2 bed, 2 bath second floor bungalow is an end unit with private access via stairs. Nestled in a tropical paradise resort located directly on the beach, it has lush landscaping, bridges, waterfalls, a large koi pond, running streams, a putting green and multiple observation decks with seating and ocean views.
The space
Although this is a large resort style property, this unit is located on the north east end of the property so it has more privacy than many of the other units. There are train tracks that run relatively nearby, however the noise from the running trains is not overly obtrusive when the windows are closed.
Guest access
Normally, guests have access to entire property and full use of all amenities in North Coast Village by using the provided key fob. However, occasionally there may be limited access to some amenities due to maintenance or construction events.
Other things to note
It is a fun community that thrives on taking recreation to the next level and boasts world-class surfing, skateboarding, bike riding, boating and even skydiving. A flourishing farm-to-table food and craft beer scene reflects Oceanside’s creative and entrepreneurial spirit. Many major Southern California attractions make ideal day trips: Disneyland, LEGOLAND California, SeaWorld San Diego, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Old Town Trolley Tours, and the USS Midway Museum.

The owner was very nice and it is a lovely condo, but the train tracks are directly across the street, with trains running 24/7.
There were signs of a mouse which Larry addressed immediately and offered a minimal refund on the cleaning fee.
