The 2,898-square-foot floor plan features a dreamy main suite with a private balcony and a jetted garden tub. Head to the loft to find a well-equipped office, a comfy sleeper sofa, and an impressive TV with an Xbox 360.
Gather for movie night in the living room, where there's plenty of plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a 60-inch smart TV with a DVD player. The airy loft features a 50-inch TV with an Xbox 360. A guitar and telescope add to the appeal. Fix favorite vacation meals in the gourmet kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and four-door fridge. The gorgeous tile backsplash complements a large stretch of glossy granite counter space. Three can perch at the granite kitchen island while dinner simmers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The place is spacious, very clean, and the kitchen has some of the best pans I've ever seen in a vrbo. There is a market just a few steps away from the house which is also very convenient and the beach is a ten minute walk away.Also, we accidentally left something in the house and the property managers were very responsive about how to get the item back to us.

Positives:
This house is HUGE and beautiful! The pictures online don't do it justice.
The house was immaculate on the inside - very clean.
Washer and dryer were amazing to have.
Outdoor shower to wash off sand was great to have.
Fans in every room were much appreciated.
Well stocked kitchen, new non-stick pots and pans were nice!
Negatives:
We went in July - although the temps outside were nice (70s) the house was incredibly stuffy inside. We tried to open windows to let the air in, but due to the location of the house it was almost better to just suffer in the stuffiness.
The house is location is not ideal. It is located on the main busy road that goes through downtown Oceanside. It is situated next door to a busy 24 hour gas station, a Motel 8 and Motel 6, a busy restaurant, a liquor store and an empty overgrown lot filled with trash. We witnessed a lot of questionable activities going on in the empty lot next door (people urinating in public, random cars would pull in at different hours, homeless, etc) We tried to leave the windows open to air out the house but the amount of noise from cars, fireworks, gunshots (?), people and restaurant noise was unbearable. We would wake up to loud noises every 5 seconds. It was awful. So we shut the windows and dealt with it which made sleeping impossible.
The house is technically "walkable" to the beach, but not really. We drove to the beach and parked. I can't imagine walking. It's pretty far.
Will not stay at this house again.
