Inside, the rental comfortably accommodates large groups or families of 10. There are 3 bedrooms with a king bed and the fourth bedroom features a full bunk, plus the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Central mini-split heating and air conditioning units in every room ensure comfort year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare full meals while enjoying the ocean view.
Step outside to your private deck or head up to the rooftop deck, where a private spa awaits alongside more breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. For beach lovers, direct access is just across the Strand, putting the sand and surf just steps away. The property includes two assigned underground garage spaces.
