Perfect for families or groups, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth includes a full-size bunk bed, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Each room is equipped with individual mini-split heating and air conditioning units, ensuring personalized comfort year-round.

The fully stocked kitchen comes complete with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying stunning ocean views. When it’s time to unwind, step onto your private beachfront deck or head to the rooftop deck, where a private spa and plenty of seating await—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails under the stars.

Additional conveniences include two assigned parking spaces in the underground garage and an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or easy clean-ups after a beach day.

    As disclosed, there is a lightly traveled street between this four unit residence and the beach. Location is in walking distance to the pier, many restaurants, and harbor. Overall a good experience and I will consider returning.

    Right on the sand so much so that we were the envy of all passers by. Exquisite property and location. Well appointed with each bedroom with an en suite. Clean residence with modern look. Responsive management company. Enjoyed our stay and it made the 50th birthday celebration special for all involved!

    My wife, son (16), daughter (12) and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place. We had my assistant and her husband and 3 kids over. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful and fun! Can’t wait to come back!

    The view was perfect, the beach just across the street. This was for a special birthday and I wanted my family around. There was plenty of space for 10 people. The first bedrooms sink had a drainage issue, but that happens with sand. The only suggestion I would make is to install a timed shower outside to get rid of the sand. There is a palm tree on south east corner that could be replaced by a shower. Best part was I didn't have to change sheets, or clean when we left.

    The space was perfect for my family of 9(including 3 Infants). The Views from the balcony were amazing. You can hear the ocean and the Sunsets were incredible. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.
