BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed.
All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

We loved this property. It was great that everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom.
The only real issue we had was the check-in process. The codes were not working. We had to get on phone with someone & still have some issues there. Our checkin was at 2 & I think it was close to 2:30 by the time we finally got in.
A few suggestions:
1. Leave instructions on how to get to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers
2. Maybe a few more pots & pans. The only skillet there is old & is not flat so it was hard to fix things in it as it sort of “twirled “ around on the flat stovetop.
Just a remember that on the bottom floor, first bedroom the door needs to be fixed. It doesn’t shut tight
Also, on the 2nd floor, first bedroom, it could use some WD40, as it squeaks every time it was opened.
Thank you again, we did have a fabulous time & would rent again if we need this big of a place.

This worked perfectly for our family. We had several family members staying, and it was great! The view was amazing.... right on the water, it was nice for every bedroom to have a bathroom, and everything was clean, and really set up just right for us to enjoy each other. We could all gather in the family/dining room.... and did I mention the view! Wonderful stay that we all enjoyed!
