Welcome to your Oceanside oasis, a luxurious beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. This expansive 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom property is designed for comfort and elegance, accommodating up to 16 guests with ease. Each bedroom features plush bedding and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring a private and serene experience. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, while other rooms offer a mix of king, queen, and full-sized beds, all with premium linens and towels provided.
The open-concept living area is perfect for gatherings, with a fully-equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy meals on the dining table or step out onto the deck to savor the ocean breeze. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for additional guests.
Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a private deck, BBQ grill, and fire pit for evening gatherings. The rooftop deck offers panoramic views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Our family met for a vacation and their was 11 of us. The house was located in a great spot on the ocean with wonderful views and sounds. It was well equipped and met every expectation.

While we have a list of negatives below, we must say that we were able to turn this family reunion into a very wonderful and memorable time. The two kitchens in this very large house really helped us to stock up well and to prepare wonderful meals. But...
Don’t try to get in early – they will charge you a good fee to enter even 2-hours earlier than the 4:00 PM check-in. Even though the house was clean and not occupied the day prior to our arrival.
There are no beach chairs available at this “beach house” – and the concierge service charges a hefty fee to rent them. We were lucky to have family in the area who could lend us some chairs. Of course, there is no beach outside the house, just rocks. You do need to walk a few blocks to get to a sandy beach. We ended up driving 10 minutes to Carlsbad Beach, much nicer than the beach in Oceanside.
Maintenance staff, which we contacted at least 5 times for various (small) issues, were prompt and helpful every time, except for the television issues (they never worked). Be aware, however, that maintenance will show up without masks and some are not vaccinated. We had to send one away.
While the views are great, they are only accessible from the 2 family rooms and the top floor (playroom, bedroom, weird room).
All bedrooms are dark with no views and very little light.
Too bad the top floor room isn’t better appointed – it would make for a lovely master suite!
LOTS of stairs! Not a great home for families with little ones or with elderly members.
There are elevators but they are locked and not accessible to guests.
Air conditioning is unstable, most bedrooms are very warm and stuffy. And the energy saving feature means you need to get up in the middle of the night to reset the a/c because it goes off every 4 hours (the maximum time allowed).
