This BRAND NEW upper level beachfront rental is perfect for any family reunion or corporate retreat; boasting 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, you can easily accommodate the entire group. The rooftop deck is a great hang out space with unbeatable ocean views; it features a BBQ, hot tub, and fire pit.
*This unit does have stairs to access entry way.

BEACH ACCESS: There is a driveway that allows access to the underground parking between the condo complex and the beach. In order to get to the beach, this driveway must be crossed.
