Experience the ultimate beachfront vacation at this spacious 4 bedroom,
4.5 bath condo located on The Strand, this is the closest you can get to the Pacific in Oceanside! With panoramic wall-to-wall glass doors facing the beach, the living space is flooded with natural light and endless ocean views, making the sound and sight of the waves part of every moment.

Inside, the rental comfortably accommodates large groups or families of 10. There are 3 bedrooms with a king bed and the fourth bedroom features a full bunk, plus the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Central mini-split heating and air conditioning units in every room ensure comfort year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare full meals while enjoying the ocean view.

Step outside to your private deck or head up to the rooftop deck, where a private spa awaits alongside more breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for sunrise coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. For beach lovers, direct access is just across the Strand, putting the sand and surf just steps away. The property includes two assigned underground garage spaces. It also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, making it easy to settle in for longer stays or freshen up after a day at the beach.

This unit blends space, comfort, and unbeatable beach access, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed, memorable Oceanside vacation.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Host was good but king bdrm 1 and 2 are only separated by a sliding frosted glass door. No privacy. Little patio area very nice for dogs

We brought our daughter-in-law to see the beach one last time before cancer claims her. She loved lying on the sofa sleeper facing the beach, with the wall opened up to see and hear the ocean! Our grandson slept there with the wall open! We all loved the view and ocean sounds! Great sunsets! Great communication with the host! The elevator and two parking spaces were also much appreciated! Very spacious and comfortable! We want to come back on a yearly basis!

The location was everything. Front view was fantastic looking directly at the ocean. After that everything else was average at best. All bedroom views were roof tops or obscure glass. Squeaky doors, running children and cycling heating/ ac units made for some interesting nights of sleep. We were comfortable, but the sofa and chairs could use updating. The management team was very responsive. I would not rent this unit again
