The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and all cookware and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort: Sand Harbor is the primary suite featuring a king bed and spa-inspired en-suite bathroom; Boat room is a Cozy guest room with a queen bed and private full bath; Cove room is a fun family room with a full bunk bed, ideal for kids or friends and the Sea Star room is another inviting king suite with a private bathroom
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating throughout the property. Step out onto the private balcony for a barbecue or gather around the shared fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars.
Beach Access: Simply head out the front door and cross The Strand — a quiet, pedestrian-friendly, 15-mph beachfront lane — and your toes will be in the sand within seconds. (Please note: The Strand is not a through street and has no public parking.)
AC: This home is equipped with a modern mini split air conditioning system, offering individualized climate control for each room. It’s quieter and more energy-efficient than traditional units, allowing for precise temperature regulation without sacrificing comfort.
