1. REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
- For everyone's safety and to comply with local regulations, only guests included on the reservation may be at the home.

2. NO PETS, SMOKING, PARTIES, OR EVENTS
- To maintain a clean and peaceful environment, pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. Please respect the home and neighbors.

3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the neighborhood.

4. ENJOY THE HOME
- You'll have full access to the home.
- No shared spaces.
- Please use all areas responsibly and respect the property.

5. TRASH
- Please take out trash regularly and do not leave any inside at checkout (fees may apply)
- Bins are located behind the house on the left side of the garage.
- Separate trash and recycling properly (no food or plastic bags in recycling).
- Pickup is Tuesday morning—please roll bins out Monday night and return after collection.

6. FIREPLACE USE
- Please use the fireplace key to turn it on, then use the switch on the right to ignite.
- Adjust the flame as needed, and turn the key clockwise to turn it off.

7. NO SAND IN THE UNIT
- Please make sure to wipe off all sand before entering the home.

1. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- Wake up the screen by tapping it with the palm or back of your hand to light up the numbers.
- Enter your code by punching in your unique 4-digit access code.
- You will hear the motorized deadbolt retract automatically. Turn the handle and walk inside.
- Note: No need to press the checkmark or lock button after entering your code

2. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- Tap the Lock Icon (the padlock symbol in the bottom-right corner) on the screen. The deadbolt will slide into place automatically.
- You do not need to enter your code to lock up.
