About this apartment rental
Aloha! A Hawaiian style vacation in beautiful Oceanside. A premium 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo. Complex has an oversized, resort style pool. Spacious 2 story, complete with boogie boards, umbrella/chairs, and bicycles to ride on the boardwalk. Beach condo sits between marina and Ruby's on the longest pier in California. Boat, kayak, paddle boards, pedal boats available to rent. The beach condo is great for families and also for a weekend get--away for couples. The complex is ocean front, therefore, none of the units have built in AC units. We have plenty of fans for each room. We are building "B" which is on the corner of Pacific and Surfrider. There are 7 buildings, approx 500 units.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in B323 at North Coast Village, Oceanside, CA! The views were beautiful! We especially loved the upper deck off the upstairs loft bedroom that had a king bed and twin. We did not use the bikes, beach toys, or wagon that were on the smaller deck. We loved having a kitchen with a good size table, grilling down at the pool area, and being so close to the beach!!! Thank you so much Teri for your answering all my questions!

In summary, everyone in our girls getaway had a wonderful time in this bungalow by the beach. Very refreshing, lots of fans blowing to keep the beach breeze flowing at night and during the day. Some of the group had never been to California or the beach of California and just loved it! They said they will be back for sure.
There was a handle broken on the faucet prior to our stay that we were made aware of and they were very speedy in getting the parts ordered and promised a refund for our troubles. I haven't seen it yet but hopefully soon! Otherwise, extremely responsive and very accommodating! Thank you Teresa!

We just got home (sad face) from our 3 day stay. The condo was a comfortable place to rest after long days on the beach. The resort is very nicely manicured with a great pool and hot tub. Working with owner Teri was easy and she was extremely accommodating. We hope to be back in Oceanside (our favorite beach) again soon!

I booked this property through instant booking a little over 2 months before our trip and received confirmation. I reached out to Teresa through the app a couple weeks later but never received any communication from her. I received multiple notifications from VRBO letting me know our trip was getting close, what to expect, etc. The day of as we were driving to the location I messaged Teresa to see if we could check in an hour early. She then responded saying that I never got the welcome letter and that it was already booked. She claimed VRBO double booked, issued a refund and ignored any other communication. After 4 hours on the phone with the claims resolution they did say this wasn't the case. Claim resolutions handled the situation from there and helped get us into a hotel room. Not the 2 bedroom condo we were hoping for.
I'm sure some technology issues are involved but to ignore a potential renter's text a couple of months prior seems to also be an issue.
