The view and amenities were great. Awesome view of the ocean. The pool was heated and salt water. Beach access from property. Just stunning. The unit was spacious and nice. The access to the harbor was a short walk to restaurants and fun. Box upstairs on balcony has tons of ocean and pool stuff for fun!
The TV in bunk bed room and the up stairs room didn't work. Contacted management through email immediately. They said someone was coming to look but never did. A prior review also stated they didn't work over 6 months ago. There was small black ants. In bathrooms and down stairs bedrooms. The blinds in living room didn't work or close and multiple were missing. King bed was very firm. So was queen. Bunks were the most comfortable.

Gestione dell’accoglienza. Esageratamente complessa, troppe email, dettagli che alla fine al momento dell’arrivo si sono dimostrati sbagliati ed hanno fattto perdere tempo perchè le indicazioni dei parcheggi, degli accessi era completamente diversa. Per un singolo soggiorno avremmo ricevuto almeno 8 email . Esagerato! I bagni dell’appartamento sono troppo piccoli e l’insonorizzazione assolutamente inesistente. I vicini di notte facevano rumore ed i muri o non erano isolati. Peccato che la proprietà al posto di mandare continue email per la soddisfazione del cliente no si renda conto che il cliente di notte vuole dormire.
